Regulatory Approval for GPR Product in US

On 28th March, 2003 the Company announced that compliance testing for US
regulatory approval of its GPR product had been successfully completed and that
final Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") approval was expected in April 2003.

Following lengthy discussions with the FCC, the Company is pleased to confirm
that approval has now been granted. As a result, the Company is now eligible to
sell its GPR product in the US market.

Consequently, Pipehawk will be contacting potential customers who operate in the US marketplace and revisiting those that have made previous enquiries.
