BOARD APPOINTMENT The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Tony Chambers has subscribed for 750,000 PipeHawk shares at 20p each, representing 3.6% of the enlarged issued share capital and that he has accepted an offer to join the board as a non-executive director. Application will be made for the shares to be traded on AIM and admission is expected on 25 November 2003. Commenting on the appointment, Gordon Watt, Chairman said “We are pleased to welcome Tony to the board.
