| PipeHawk plc is pleased to announce that, due to the
ongoing successful expansion of SUMO, its 50% owned franchise operation,
Mike Bushell who is already managing director of SUMO, will be leaving
the Board of PipeHawk with effect from 30th June so that he can focus
all his attention on the further growth of the SUMO business.
In addition to the Company owned franchise, SUMO now has three franchisee operations with significantly more anticipated over the next two years. Tony Norton will become group managing director, in addition to his role as managing director of the group’s high level underground surveying subsidiary, Adien Ltd.
