The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert MacDonnell as a non-executive director of the Company.

Robert Myles Randal MacDonnell, aged 67, is currently a non-executive director
of Reverse Takeover Investment plc, a subsidiary of Westside Investment plc.

Mr MacDonnell has confirmed that there is no further information required to be
disclosed under paragraph 17 of the AIM Rules.
